reviewers
The reviewers are requested to consider the
following:

relevance of topic,
-
scientific content and quality
of innovation,
-
adherence of the manuscript
style to international standards, e.g. SI system of units.
The
authors should follow the general guidelines for preparation of scientific
texts, e.g. the ACS Style guide (ISBN: 0-84123-462-0).
